SWIMMAN RETURN POLICY

We are so confident that you will become a SWIMMAN™ enthusiast, we offer a 30-day Return Policy if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products. This makes for a no-risk purchase! Here are the details:

You may return your SWIMMAN™ Waterproofed iPod Shuffle and/or SWIMMAN™ Waterproof Headset III within thirty (30) days from the original date of sale for the return of the full purchase price. You must return all components of the product (iPod, SWIMMAN™ Headset, USB dock, Apple non-waterproof headset, and all Apple iPod inserts with plastic box) in like-new condition (to be determined at our discretion). If any components of our product show unreasonable wear and tear or damage rendering the product non-saleable, the return will be subject to a 50% restocking charge. Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable.

To return your SWIMMAN™ Waterproofed iPod Shuffle and/or SWIMMAN™ Waterproof Headset III under the 30-Day Return Policy, return the Player, Headset, and all components (as described above), with a copy of your invoice or receipt, a note requesting a refund with the reason for return, fully insured (for your protection) and packed well, in original packaging. For the proper return address, please e-mail us at support@swimman.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

If you need to return your SWIMMAN™ Waterproofed iPod Shuffle for any reason other than under the 30-Day Return Policy, please contact us at support@swimman.com for authorization and instructions.
